Growing up in Birmingham, Katharine always knew she wanted a career centered on helping others—a passion that first led her into education and now inspires her work as executive assistant and talent acquisition. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Mississippi in 2020, followed by a master’s degree in Special Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2023. Before transitioning into the corporate world, Katharine spent four years teaching kindergarten and first grade, where she built her foundation in organization, communication, and relationship-building. In her current role, she brings that same dedication and adaptability to supporting leadership and driving recruitment efforts. Outside of work, Katharine enjoys working out, traveling, painting, and spending time with family and friends. At home, she loves being with her two dogs, Ollie and Sadie.
