Alexandra Masters
Project Designer
Alexandra Masters, originally from South Carolina, has always had a passion for architecture. She started out studying Art History, Sustainability, and Business at the University of South Carolina, but her love for design led her to pursue a Master of Architecture at Clemson University. While at Clemson, she had the chance to study under Catalan architects in Barcelona, Spain, and earned a certificate in Historic Preservation in Charleston, SC.
Alexandra is fascinated by how materials shape the spaces we live in and has honed her skills in areas like plaster work, furniture design, wood fabrication, and art gallery management. She loves blending classical architecture with modern techniques at CAI and enjoys being surrounded by Birmingham’s unique architectural beauty.
New to Birmingham, Alexandra has settled into a downtown loft with her bunny, Sippy. She’s excited to explore the city’s restaurant scene, try out listening cafes, and host football watch parties for friends and family. In her downtime, you might find her shopping for fresh produce at local markets, hitting a barre class, or enjoying a craft beer at a local brewery with friends.
