Creative Content Coordinator
We are seeking a talented and driven Creative Content Coordinator with a strong videography background to lead the capture, editing, and production of compelling visual content across our brand portfolio. This individual will work closely with marketing leadership to concept and execute video content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling — maintaining a consistent visual identity across all channels.
The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with hands-on experience in photography and videography, social media management, and content creation, while also possessing the organizational skills to manage marketing projects, campaigns, and brand consistency across multiple company platforms.
Produce short-form and long-form video content for social media, website, email campaigns, and marketing initiatives
Create engaging behind-the-scenes, promotional, and storytelling content that reflects each brand’s voice and culture
Edit photos and videos to maintain a polished, professional, and brand-consistent aesthetic
Capture high-quality photo and video content of projects, events, team culture, products, services, and brand moments
Maintain an organized library of digital content and marketing assets
Provide consistent social media management and support
Manage active digital ad campaigns
Support creation of marketing materials, collateral, presentations, and promotional assets
Requirements and Skills
Strong photography and videography skills with a portfolio of work preferred — this is a core requirement of the role
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital storytelling
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in content editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite

We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to lead the full lifecycle talent acquisition process and help build exceptional teams across our organization. This individual will partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.
The Recruiter will manage every stage of the hiring process — from sourcing and engaging qualified candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions — while ensuring a professional and seamless candidate experience. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple searches with organization and precision.
Source and identify qualified candidates through multiple recruiting channels

Residential Project Manager Responsibilitie
We are seeking an experienced and driven Residential Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of high-end residential projects across our portfolio. This individual will partner closely with design leadership to translate architectural vision into flawless execution — managing timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and client expectations with precision and professionalism. The Residential Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact from pre-construction through final walkthrough, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the exacting standards our clients expect. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple active projects simultaneously.
Independently perform a variety of assignments that demonstrate an understanding of conventional architectural design and construction methods
Manage multiple projects at various stages
Work with clients to define project requirements and develop design criteria
Serve as primary contact for project clients, consultants, etc.
Undertake design project from concept to completion
Conduct site visits and attend construction meetings
Produce presentation materials both digitally and by hand
Lead client presentations
Produce construction documents and specifications
Work alongside senior leadership to develop overall project design and design details
Work alongside senior leadership to develop technical strategies and solutions for project design
Responsible for developing and managing project schedules and distributing responsibilities to other project managers and project designers
Review shop drawings and submittals for approval
Co-manage design team alongside senior leadership to ensure budget, schedule and client expectations are met
Email correspondence with clients on weekly basis
Select and research finishes, materials, and products
Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion
Ensure that all work is carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations
Travel to remote job sites to check on project status and report on project
Approve invoices and billing information
Attend trade shows
Coordinate internally with senior leadership, contractors, and project consultants
Follow architectural trends and advancements
Requirements and Skills
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in architecture from accredited program
Responsible for producing high quality project design deliverables (construction documents)
Revit proficiency is required. Preferred knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, photoshop, illustrator, and InDesign
Other relevant software skills may include rendering software (V-ray, Maxwell, etc.)
Organized, efficient, and able to work well with others in a collaborative environment
Exhibits excellent communication skills, and has a positive attitude
