Interior Designer

Executive Assistant

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for President/CEO, as well as the office in general. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf.  

Responsibilities include leading reception by answering phones, greeting visitors, managing the calendar for the President/CEO and general office, aid in meeting preparation for the President/CEO, respond to emails and document requests on behalf of the President/CEO, assist in organizing company-wide functions, deposit checks, assist in onboarding new employees, accept all deliveries and distribute mail, and perform other duties as assigned.
